Janaka Wickramanayake

Janaka has been advising clients (both individuals and organisations) with various Australia migration queries for over 20 years.   Migration law requires a dedicated and talented individual to keep up with the rigour of migration, which he does with passion.  For Janaka, migration is not simply an area of law – it is a journey he has personally experienced and benefitted from as a migrant from Sri Lanka in the 1990s.  Janaka is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a barrister and solicitor.  Janaka is fluent in English and Sinhala, and knowledgeable about cultural diversity, which means he can understand the needs of foreign clients.  Outside of work, Janaka is a travelling, cycling and gardening enthusiast.
